Do you offer group or corporate rates? 

Yes! We offer group and corporate rates depending on the size of your group. Feel free to email us at info@slc-academy.com for more information! 

How long do I have to complete the training from the moment I make a purchase? 

You do not have a time limit on the training. Note that we may complete updates on an annual basis, which would mean the product you originally purchased may have updates in the coming year. We suggest that training and the exam (if applicable) is completed in the current year. If it is not, you may purchase the updated version for an additional fee. 

Can we sign up for a portion of the online training and the remainder in person?

Yes! Online training can be purchased instantly on our website through our shop for those interested in immediate education. For in-person training, we will schedule a free consultation to discuss all items necessary such as dates, travel, group number, training topics, and cost. 

What is your refund policy? 

You may be eligible for a refund or account credit for up to fifteen (15) days after your purchase, if you have not viewed any of the lessons in a module that you purchased. Due to the nature of our offerings, we are unable to provide any refund or account credit for a module that you have viewed or accessed in any way. Does my account credit have an expiration date?

You have 1 year from the day you receive your credit to use it.
